We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept encrypted in a secure environment.

Shipping & Returns

Return/ Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within two business days via our preferred shipper for your location. If we have trouble sending your order out, we will contact you immediately. Currently we offer free shipping to the contiguous United States. Shipping to Canada is a flat rate, with options and charges available at the checkout for all Canadian orders. Shipping and delivery to most locations takes between 5-14 days. When we ship an order to you, we do so with good faith that the major carriers we use will properly deliver the package to you in a timely fashion. Should your package not arrive to you in a reasonable time frame, we will check with the carrier to ensure it is on it’s way and there are no delivery problems. Should the carrier experience delivery issues or are unable to locate the package, we will file a claim & work to get your order back out to you as quickly as possible. We cannot be held responsible for shipments lost in transit but we will aggressively work with the carrier and assist in finding your package as much as we are able to. In these rare cases, our goal is always to get your product out to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please keep in mind we do not ship over major holidays where there is no regular mail service or over weekends, and any orders placed on Friday afternoon will not go out until the following Monday.

Please make sure that your name and address are correct when you check out. We will not be responsible for your order if the address that you provide is incorrect.

 

Returns:

In the event you should need to return your order, please call us immediately or utilize our Customer Service page to send a message. All returns require notification to us before proceeding to send back your order. We are an independent business and vow to assist you in any way we can. Because we very rarely receive returns, we have found the best way to ensure your return is received and your payment method refunded (as applicable) is to know in advance so we are expecting and looking for your package back to us.

Return merchandise should be unused and in it’s original packaging. In the case of returning due to dissatisfaction, you have a 30 day trial period to wear our orthotic and return in this slightly worn condition for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Product being returned due to defect in workmanship or other reasons not covered by our policy here will be accepted within 14 days of customer receipt only.

Shipping fees are only refundable when the original items were either shipped incorrectly or damaged. We ask that you return your items via a trackable and insured method. Should your return be lost or damaged in transit, carriers require that you file the tracer or claim. We cannot be held responsible for shipments or returns lost in transit but we will attempt to assist in finding your package as much as we are able to.

Please allow up to two to four weeks for the return to be fully processed, at which time a refund or exchange will be made depending on your request. In cases of exchange due to defect or other problems, we will try very hard to process that request and get your new pair to you in under our standard return time frame.

 

Order Cancellations:

In the event you should want to cancel your order, please call us immediately or utilize our Customer Service page to send a message. We must receive notification before your order is processed. We cannot cancel your order once it has shipped. If the order is refused when it arrives, we cannot be held responsible for your order.
